MY PROJECTS
I'm working with the Remi founders to help them achieve tighter focus on core user problems and build a product that is truly differentiated and high quality. To achieve this we are running regular workshops and I am coaching one of the founders 1:1 on product topics.
I am working with Palta on a new start-up in the wellness space to help refine their initial idea, run a series of tests to validate it and then launch it as a product.
I worked directly with the founder of Zing to help them narrow their audience and value proposition and approach their product with the "wedge" mentality and worked 1:1 with one of the PMs to help her identify the right opportunities and focus on them.
I conducted a process audit with Simple, to help them understand where they could improve how they approach product development. I continued to support them through some of these changes, supporting one of the PMs directly.
I worked with Himalaya to help refine and focus a few projects around conversion, then supported and coached one of the PMs directly through product prioritization decisions.
WEATHERWELL
I worked directly with one of the founders of WeatherWell to support him with product decisions through 1:1 coaching.
I ran a diary study for SideChef, to help them better understand their current customer needs and identify some key product directions to pursue.
I worked directly with the founder of Zeta to help refine the idea and scope the initial MVP for the product.
I worked with Ahead team to run a product process audit by speaking with all the members of the product development team and then delivered a set of recommendations for how they could move towards a leaner, more experiment driven product culture.
I worked with the founders of Pora.ai to help them think through what an MVP of their product could look like and to design a strategy for the following 6 months. I also supposed them with designing a test task for hiring a CPO.
I have been working with the founder of Paired to give my input and feedback on topics around retention and conversion.
WEATHER PROMISE
I am working with a new startup in the travel, insurance and weather space, to help insure travellers against bad weather. I'm supporting them in defining their market and building out the first version of their product together with several partners.
