My main focus is working directly with founders and product leads as a coach, adviser and consultant:​

  • Support you in defining your Product Vision & Strategy. Help you communicate them in a clear way to your team, investors and customers.

  • Help you hire Product Managers and organize a team structure.

  • Improve your Product Development Process (how you prioritize, build, test and release features). We can work on this 1:1 or I can conduct interviews with your team and do an overall process audit.

  • Help you move to a Lean, Experiment Driven Approach.

  • Coach your PMs directly.​

1:1 COACHING

I work with individual PMs, PM teams and PM leads to support and coach them wherever they need help.

WORKSHOP FACILITATION

I can design a workshop to meet your needs, facilitate it with your team and document the outcome. Some examples include:

  • Running a design sprint on a new idea

  • Doing a retrospective with your team to help improve how you work together

USER RESEARCH

If you feel you missing a deeper understanding of your customers and their needs, I can help you figure out what those gaps are and the best way to fill them. I can design and help you run a user research project, or identify areas where better collection of customer feedback is needed to improve your understanding.

TALKS & LECTURES

I’ve given many product talks - from product talks by Google (in London, New York and Seoul) to local meetups and course lectures. I'm happy to present on product topics in conferences, meetups and courses.
